What do i use?
It's pretty simple! The bases of my skin care regime is Liz Earle!

It is all very simple and easy and the best thing is IT IS QUICK!
I have now converted my Mum and my partner (Ben) to using all their products and now its your turn...
Within Liz Earle there are 3 basic steps and I'm going to take you through them.
1- C L E A N S E A N D P O L I S H

This is one amazing product. Honestly my life saver. It is one of the only products that keeps my skin clean after the grime and dirt from the Londons air.
- All you have to do is pump it twice on to your hand and in circular motions rub into your skin.
BONUS! It is safe around the eyes and is safe for all skin types AND IT REMOVES MAKE UP!
- You then soak your muslin cloth in Hot water and again in circular motions rub the hot cloth cleanser off.
- I then use cold water and splash my face to close my pores.
W H E N ?
I do this day and night because it makes me feel fresh and ready to start my day and then at night i feel clean. it helps me sleep to know all of the dirt that has built up from my day is removed before i get into bed.

How much must this amazing product cost i hear you say?!
Well it comes at a very reasonable price of £14 for the 100ml
Yes £14
But shhh i have a secret!
If you buy the starter pack it is only £15.50 and it comes with 2 muslin cloths which are normally £4.50 and you basically get them for only £1.50 and you get a cute travel bag too #Happydays
It also comes in a 200ml bottle which is £26 so you will save yourself £2 every time you buy it.
Honestly the best cleanser i have ever used.
2: T O N E
Gentle and alcohol free it soothes and brightens whilst adding a little layer of moisturiser.
I prefer the spritz of this as it is so quick hassle free and if your a man like me i struggle with cotton pads getting caught in my beard (More like stubble, i wish i could grow a beard haha)
I carry the spritzer around with me in my back pack and pull it out when its hot and use it as a cool down. My friends love it as i always let them use it too!
They also come in small travel sizes 50ml that you can buy separately in the main store in Sloane Square London (which i will talk about later) or online.
W H E N?
So in this order so after you have cleansed. I do this day and night also as the thin layer of moisturiser is enough for my skin over night.

3. M O I S T U R I S E
The skin repair moisturiser offers hydration to all skin types. I use to Normal/ Combination. To find out what skin type you are it is best to pop into a store near you and have a complimentary signature service. This way you can make sure you get the best out of these products!
W H E N ?
I only use this in the morning as i hate sleeping with to many products on my face and it makes me feel heavy but this varies depending on what you like and feel is best for you. You could use this day and night if you want.
H O W M U C H ?
I know moisturisers are normally the most expensive part of any skin regime but this moisturiser is only £20.25!!!
A M A Z I N G !!
The thing i love about Liz Earle is that it is made on the Isle of white and i have such great memories of going there on a school trip when i was younger which i have recently found out a lot of schools go there!

So now every time i put on Liz Earle skin care it literally makes me remember when i was a kid playing and having fun and singing 'is this the way to Amarillo' Haha If your not sure how to know
On a serious note a big thing is it isn't tested on animals!!
If you want to know if the products you use are tested on animals look for the jumping rabbit sign on the products.

They also do a range called 'super skin' it helps slow the ticking which is great!
Another secret... i use some of it already as i want to prevent the signs of ageing before they actually happen. It isn't an anti ageing product but every little helps right?!
